Kynsky does not sell directly to consumers through this website. All consumer purchases are made through our authorised dealer and electrician partner network across India.

For End Consumers

If you have purchased a Kynsky product through a retail shop, hardware store, or electrician, your purchase is governed by the return and exchange policy of that outlet. We encourage you to retain your purchase receipt.

Product Defects or Quality Issues

If you believe a Kynsky product you have purchased is defective or does not meet quality expectations, please contact us directly. We take every such report seriously and will work with you and the concerned dealer to resolve it fairly.

For Trade Partners & Channel Dealers
​
This section applies to authorised distributors, sub-dealers, and electrician shop owners who purchase Kynsky products directly from us under a trade agreement.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted in the following circumstances:

Products received in a damaged or defective condition

Incorrect products shipped against a confirmed order

Products that fail quality inspection upon receipt, reported within 48 hours of delivery

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for:

Products already installed or used

Damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery

Change of mind after confirmed purchase orders

Partial returns of bundled or promotional orders unless agreed in writing

Return Process for Trade Partners

Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery for damage or incorrect shipment

Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 3 working days

Approved returns will be replaced or credited against your next order — at Kynsky's discretion

Refunds in cash or bank transfer are processed within 7–10 working days of approval

Quality Disputes

For any disputed quality claim on a batch or consignment, Kynsky reserves the right to test the returned products before processing a replacement or refund. We will communicate clearly through every step of this process.
